Casa Ripa is an interesting property on a sloping hillside with views of the surrounding countryside, located in Le Ville, Monterchi.  Monterchi is a beautiful medieval village and home of the famous painting by Piero della Francesca, La Madonna del Parto and enjoys excellent restaurants, bars and numerous shops.  It is ideally located to explore central Italy and beyond and very well connected by road, rail (the A1 motorway in Arezzo and the Arezzo train station are only c. 15 minutes away by car) and air (Perugia International Airport is about 1 hr away).
