It is very rare to find such a high level of customer service anywhere in the world, let alone in a small village in the heart of Tuscany.  Being familiar with the UK real estate market, the Italian market felt incredibly overwhelming and confusing until we found ItCasa.
From the very first viewing, Tracey arranged viewings with virtually no notice. She described her vision and helped us picture our dream. She went out of her way to give us all the time we needed to fall in love with our new Italian home.

Pierluigi alleviated all our worries and walked us through the entire process, step by step, working behind the scenes to ensure the smoothest possible transition to buying our home. He even accompanied us to meet our chosen bank manager!
ItCasa’s customer service exceeded all our expectations, and for this we are so grateful.

If you're looking to buy a home in Italy in the province of Anghiari, you won't find a better agency than Itcasa. Pierluigi and Tracey were the best agents we could have ever hoped for.
