itcasa is boutique real estate agency, based in the picturesque, medieval town of Anghiari, in Southern Tuscany. Founded in 2012 by Pierluigi and Tracey Lega, its aim is to provide a professional, personalised service of the highest quality.

The ultimate goal is to make buying or renting a property in Italy as simple and smooth going as possible. Follow up property and project management service are available to ensure foreign buyers have a stress-free transition into owning a home in Italy.

Itcasa is registered with the FIAIP (Federation of Professional Italian Real Estate Agents). The largest and most established professional body for real estate agents in Italy.

The agency is affiliated with a selected network of real estate agencies both in Italy and abroad which allows it to reach a vast market of prospective buyers, whilst at the same time offering a unique portfolio of properties for sale and rent.

Pierluigi has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Florence and is a licensed real estate agent with the Arezzo Chamber of Commerce. He was born in London and spent many years working in corporate strategy and corporate finance with companies such as Gucci and KPMG.

Tracey studied Autism at the University of Birmingham and worked in education in the UK, coordinating the support of children with special educational needs and behavioural and emotional issues for local educational authorities and in schools. She now puts her organisational and people skills to good use running the property management services and property hunting for clients.

The couple and their children relocated to Italy to enjoy a better work/life balance under the Tuscan sun. The Lega family have close ties to the area and their local knowledge is a great asset when helping clients find and purchase their dream home.
