- First floor: the staircase from the floor below leads to a landing and corridor off which we find 3 large bedrooms set up as 2 double bedrooms and a twin room and lastly, a bathroom with bathtub. On the landing, there is also a lockable, communicating door with the smaller apartment.

- First floor: access to this apartment is via a staircase on the south-west corner of the property. The staircase leads to the front door which opens onto a triangular entrance hall, large octagonal living room with an open fireplace and kitchenette. The living room also boasts a wrap-around balcony which overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and the countryside beyond. On this floor, there is also a bathroom and a bedroom with direct access out onto the balcony.
- Second floor: the staircase from the floor below provides access to a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a bathroom.
